Nowadays, there were foods that were scattered everywhere that are nutritious anymore. Foods at the streets that it seems to be contaminated with bacteria. Children would prefer eating junk foods than nutritious foods. These things must have changed for the sake of one and all.
In connection to the Nutrition Month Celebration with a theme “Pagkain ng gulay ugaliin, Araw-araw itong ihain”, everyone must bear in mind the meaning of this. Everybody must concern and promote vegetables as a main dish every meal time. It helps our body to boost enough energy everyday tasks we do. Children who eat vegetables in daily serving makes them grow fast and healthy and for the adults, it will prolong their life and help them cure their illnesses.
Different vegetable contains a lot of vitamins like vitamin A, B, C, and others. Vitamin A can help our eyes see clearer and makes our skin flawless. Vitamin B helps our escape from different diseases and illnesses as what with vitamin C.
Everybody needs these foods. Without these, perhaps everyone was malnourished. People eat vegetables to be healthy and energetic every day. Serve these foods daily specially meal times.
